11. LIC Polices (if any xerox)
12. If Applicant is Self Employed
- Last 3 Years IT Returns with Saral Forms and Computation of Income Statement,
Balance Sheet and P & L A/C statements Signed by C.A.
The applicant should also submit 7 standby cheques duly signed and crossed in favor of LIC Housing finance Ltd, without mentioning the date & amount. In case of any technical problem with the ECS forms, these cheques may be used as standby with your permission . The banker will verify your signature and attest (with sign and seal) the ECS form.
